Creative Estates Israel offers a full concierge service for vacation apartments and holiday homes in Israel. From cleaning the swimming pool to checking for cockroaches in the bathrooms, we’ll make sure that your home in Israel is ready for your arrival.
Our service includes year-round maintenance, checking all utilities and appliances, liaison with building management and utilities suppliers, pest control, and making sure that nothing has broken, leaked or flooded, particularly following a spell of bad weather. We will visit an empty property twice each month to check on its cleanliness and security, and to ensure that all bills have been paid. If you have guests or tenants, we will check them in and check them out on your behalf.
In advance of your visit, even at short notice, we will go in to set up the apartment, make the beds, clean and refresh the bathrooms, and stock the refrigerator according to your instructions.
